Work Placement Officer
Erfyl Williams has extensive experience in employment mentoring, youth work, residential programme management and NEET coordination. He brings a large number of community links and contacts with third sector groups within Gwynedd.
Erfyl is responsible for liaising with the local community and beyond to provide much-needed work placement and volunteering opportunities for our target audiences.
“I’m excited to be working with the railway and identifying those areas where there is a huge win-win for everyone concerned. The railway will gain more volunteers and supporters but we will also work with our neighbours and local communities to offer work and volunteer opportunities to help people develop their experience and skills.”
